We designed Elevate, a centralized onboarding app to streamline the experience for 5,000+ employees across 120+ research labs, addressing fragmented processes that caused hiring delays and inefficiencies. I led the design strategy across departments—partnering with engineers, product owners, and clinical, research, and administrative SMEs—to co-create a solution that served both new hires and managers. As the primary designer, I translated 10–12 complex workflows and 100+ task requirements into a clear, intuitive platform that solved over 10 key user challenges. From product vision and branding to wireframes, prototypes, and executive alignment, I was hands-on throughout. Now positioned for pilot, Elevate delivers a scalable, transparent experience that reflects the organization's mission of excellence, equity, and care.
